GLADA Opens E-Auction for Residential & Commercial Sites Till March 25

Ludhiana: The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has launched an e-auction of residential, commercial, and chunk sites across multiple schemes, offering buyers an opportunity to invest in planned urban properties. The auction, conducted under the policies of the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) and the Government of Punjab, will remain open until March 25, 2026 via the official portal.

According to officials, allotment will be made to the highest bidder, subject to compliance with terms and conditions. Successful bidders must deposit 12% of the bid amount, after which the property becomes eligible for mortgage to secure financial assistance.

To facilitate funding, GLADA has empanelled major lenders including Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank.

In a bid to attract buyers, authorities are also offering a 15% rebate on the total allotment amount if the balance payment is cleared in a lump sum within 90 days of allotment. Officials said this incentive, coupled with easy loan options, is expected to boost participation.

GLADA Chief Administrator Sandeep Kumar urged the public to take advantage of the scheme, highlighting it as a strategic opportunity for both residential buyers and investors.

The move is seen as part of ongoing efforts to streamline property allocation through digital platforms while ensuring transparency and wider participation in Punjab’s real estate sector.

The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) and the Patiala Development Authority (PDA) have announced an extensive e-auction of prime properties to be held in September 2025 through the online auction portal https://puda.enivida.com.

This mega auction will include commercial, residential, institutional, and chunk sites across Ludhiana and Moga, offering investors, builders, and institutions a wide range of high-value properties at competitive reserve prices.

The combined reserve price for all properties stands at an estimated ₹1,015.80 crore.
