KDA Kanpur Arra Bingawan Plot Lottery Draw Result

The Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) is set to announce the Arra Bingawan Residential Plot Scheme draw result on 15 December 2025. The selection of applicants will be done through a fully online e-lottery system, ensuring transparency in the allotment process. No offline lottery will be conducted.

Applicants who registered under this scheme can check the winner list online once the draw is completed.

Arra Bingawan Plot Lottery Schedule

A total of 140 residential plots will be allotted under this scheme through the e-lottery process. The lottery draw will begin at 11:00 AM on 15 December 2025. After the live draw concludes, KDA officials will upload the final result on the official KDA website.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Applicant must be a citizen of India

  • Minimum age should be 18 years

  • MIG income: ₹6 lakh to ₹18 lakh per annum

  • HIG income: Above ₹18 lakh per annum

  • Only one plot per family/applicant is allowed

  • KDA employees and their relatives are not eligible

How to Check KDA Arra Bingawan Lottery Result 2025

After completion of the live draw, KDA will publish a PDF result file containing the names of selected applicants.

Steps to Check Result:

  1. Visit the KDA official website

  2. Go to the Lottery Draw Result section

  3. Look for Arra Bingawan Type B / C / D Draw Result

  4. Open the PDF to check:

    • Applicant name

    • Father/Mother’s name

    • Category & priority

    • Allotted plot number

If your name does not appear in the list, it means no plot has been allotted.
