Hapur-Pilkhuwa Development Authority Announces E-Auction of Shops and Non-Residential Plots on March 12 : Details
The Himachal Pradesh Development Authority (HPDA) has recently announced an online e-auction of a wide range of properties, including residential, commercial, and open land plots. January 7, 2024 – 32 properties

For the current auction:
Bid registration: September 15, 2025, to September 29, 2025
Payment of 5% earnest money: October 4, 2025
Incremental bid rates are set as follows: ₹100 per sq.m for residential plots and ₹1000 per sq.m for commercial plots.
The auction includes over 60 properties, ranging from residential plots to commercial spaces and open lands. Highlights include:
Residential plots in key urban areas, with base prices starting from ₹14,900
Commercial plots with competitive starting prices
Industrial and open land plots suitable for development projects
Bidders can expect full details including property area, base price, auction price, and required earnest money, with incremental bids clearly specified for each property.

Steps to participate:
Complete the online registration within the specified dates.
Pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) according to the property’s specifications.
Follow incremental bid rules during the auction process.
Payments can be made through HDFC Bank under the HPDA E-Auction Management System. Bidders must ensure all documentation is correct to avoid cancellation.
The auction is strictly online; physical bids will not be accepted.
HPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice.
