Hisar: The office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, District Condemnation Board, Hisar , has announced an online e-auction of condemned and scrap vehicles currently lying in Police Department Malkhana premises, Mini Secretariat Hisar, and various police stations across the district.
The auction will be conducted through the Government's NIC eAuction Portal and the vehicles will be sold on an "As Is Where Is Basis" and "As Is What It Is Basis." Interested bidders can participate by registering online and completing the prescribed fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) requirements.

According to the official notice, the online auction will begin at 11:00 AM and conclude at 3:00 PM on June 18, 2026 .
The auction consists of two separate lots comprising 70 vehicles in total :

Prospective bidders must deposit a non-refundable e-Service Fee of ₹1,180 (₹1,000 plus ₹180 GST) through Demand Draft in favour of Society for IT Initiative Fund for E-Governance , payable at Chandigarh.
In addition, participants must submit the required EMD through Demand Draft in favour of the Deputy Commissioner, Hisar , payable at Hisar.
Both Demand Drafts must be submitted in the office of the District Nazar, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Hisar, by 5:00 PM on June 11, 2026 .

Several vehicles carry Haryana registration numbers, while some are listed with temporary or police seizure-related registration markings. The auction list also contains multiple vehicle chassis and engine details for identification purposes.

After payment completion and issuance of the release order, successful bidders must remove purchased vehicles within 15 days .
Authorities have clarified that no routine extension will be granted. Failure to lift vehicles within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of security deposits.
