HIMUDA Property Auction 2026: Residential Flats, Plots, Houses and Commercial Units Offered in Himachal Pradesh

Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh Housing & Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) has announced an on-the-spot auction of residential and commercial properties across several housing colonies in Himachal Pradesh. The auction is scheduled to be held on September 15, 2026, at 11 AM at the HIMUDA Head Office, Nigam Vihar, Shimla .

The residential properties will be offered on a freehold basis , while the commercial properties will be auctioned on a leasehold basis .

The inventory includes flats, residential plots, houses, shops, halls, stores, booths, medical facility sites and a commercial plot in locations including New Shimla, Sanjauli, Kandaghat, Solan, Paonta Sahib, Parwanoo, Nalagarh, Baddi, Hamirpur and Rampur.

According to the auction notice, the residential inventory includes properties across different categories and locations.

Commercial Property Auction in Parwanoo, Nalagarh, Baddi and Other Locations

HIMUDA has also listed commercial units on leasehold basis . The inventory includes shops, halls, stores, booths, medical facility sites and commercial plots.

The following units are available in the commercial complex near PNB in Sector-I, Parwanoo:

Four halls are available in the commercial complex near the HIMUDA office building:

• Hall No. 3, Second Floor: 83.47 sqm, reserve price ₹66.30 lakh , lease rent ₹4,174 + GST, bid money ₹2 lakh.
• Hall No. 4, Second Floor: 104 sqm, reserve price ₹82.60 lakh , lease rent ₹5,200 + GST, bid money ₹2 lakh.

• Store No. 4: 18.65 sqm, reserve price ₹16.80 lakh, lease rent ₹1,865 + GST.
• Store No. 5: 18.65 sqm, reserve price ₹16.80 lakh, lease rent ₹1,865 + GST.

Each unit carries ₹2 lakh bid money .

Booth Near Block No. 31, Sector-IV, Parwanoo

Booth No. 2 measures 12.75 sqm and has a reserve price of ₹11.30 lakh . The lease rent is ₹1,275 + GST, with ₹2 lakh bid money .

HIMUDA Auction 2026: How to Participate

According to the auction notice, bidders must submit the prescribed application form duly filled and signed before the auction begins.

The participation or bid money has to be submitted in favour of the CEO-cum-Secretary, HIMUDA, Shimla , through a Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque payable at any Scheduled Bank in Shimla, or in cash , as specified in the notice.

For the successful bidder, an additional 10% of the bid amount is required to be deposited immediately at the fall of the hammer on the spot in the prescribed manner.
