Haryana Housing Board Announces E-Auction Dates for Plots, Houses in 2026; Bidding From Feb 18 to April 15

The Haryana Housing Board (HHB) hereby informs the general public that e-auction of reserved and general residential properties will be conducted across various districts of Haryana as per the revised e-auction policy of the Board.

The e-auctions will be held on February 18, February 25, March 9, March 17, April 1 and April 15, 2026 through the official e-auction portal.

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • 25% of the bid amount shall be payable immediately after the auction.

  • The remaining 75% amount may be paid:

    • Within 100 days from the date of issue of allotment letter (interest-free), or

    • In three-year half-yearly installments with applicable interest.

Important Details

  • The last date to deposit EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) is one day before the e-auction, up to 5 PM.

  • The remaining 25% can be paid in installments over three years with interest.
