Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) has announced an e-auction of industrial and commercial plots/sheds located in the following estates under V.U. Nagar region (Anand district):
Moje-Indranaj
Moje-Borsad
Moje-Khambhat
Moje-V.U. Nagar
The auction will be conducted online through the official portal https://e-auction.nprocure.com.
Registration Period: From 20th August 2025, 11:00 AM to 3rd September 2025, 5:00 PM.
Platforms for Details:
Register Online at the e-auction portal.
Submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Administrative Fee of ₹1180/- per plot.
Upload Required Documents on the portal before the deadline.
Only applicants who have paid EMD + fees and uploaded documents will be eligible to bid.
The bidding will take place on the scheduled dates & times shown against each plot.
Properties will be auctioned on "Official Notification".
Buyers must clear any pending dues (like GEB/MGVCL charges, stamp duty, GST, bank dues, etc.) separately.
For commercial plots, 18% GST is applicable on the plot price.
Certain plots are reserved for specific services (e.g., post office/courier, transport, testing labs, photocopy, canteen, bank/ATM, insurance, fuel pump, etc.).
For plots with sheds, the shed construction cost is included in the auction price.
GIDC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
