Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), a Government of Gujarat undertaking, has announced an e-auction of industrial plots and industrial sheds in the Ankleshwar region . The auction covers properties located in Jhagadia Industrial Estate and Palej Industrial Estate .
A total of 9 properties have been listed for online auction, including 4 industrial chemical plots at Jhagadia and 5 engineering-category properties at Palej , of which two are existing industrial sheds.

For Palej properties at Sr. Nos. 4 and 5 , the auction notice specifically states that the quoted price includes the cost of the existing shed .

The GIDC Ankleshwar e-auction 2026 gives industrial investors an opportunity to bid for large industrial plots at Jhagadia as well as smaller industrial plots and existing sheds at Palej .

The Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) has announced an online auction of industrial plots and a commercial shop in Gandhinagar , offering entrepreneurs and investors an opportunity to acquire properties in the Gandhinagar Electronics Industrial Estate and Gandhinagar Engineering Industrial Estate.
According to the official notice, the e-auction will be conducted on February 24, 2026 , through the nProcure portal . The registration and payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and administrative charges will remain open from February 7 to February 17, 2026 .
A total of four properties have been put up for auction. These include two non-chemical industrial plots in the Electronics Zone, one commercial shop, and one non-chemical industrial plot in the Engineering Estate. Plot sizes range from 10.78 sq m for the commercial shop to over 1,000 sq m for the largest industrial plot. Base prices start from ₹3.59 lakh for the commercial shop and go up to ₹2.62 crore for industrial plots.
GIDC officials said that bidders must register on the e-auction portal and upload all mandatory documents before participating in the bidding process. Each plot will have a separate bidding window of 40 minutes, with automatic extensions of five minutes if bids are placed in the final moments.
The corporation has clarified that all properties are being auctioned on an “as is where is” basis. Any outstanding dues payable to other government departments, including power utilities, stamp duty, GST or local authorities, will have to be borne by the successful bidder. For commercial properties, 18% GST will be applicable on the final bid amount.
Two of the properties include old construction, and the reserve price includes the cost of existing structures. GIDC has also reserved the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.

GIDC Announces E-Auction for Industrial & Commercial Plots in Palej Industrial Estate
Ankleshwar, Gujarat: The Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), a Government of Gujarat undertaking, has announced an e-auction for a range of industrial and commercial plots located in the Palej Industrial Estate in Bharuch district.
The online registration and bid submission window will remain open from November 6, to 25th Nov 2025
According to officials from the Ankleshwar Regional Office, the plots are being offered to encourage new industrial investments and expansion by entrepreneurs and industrialists. The auction will be conducted through the official (n)Procure e-auction portal.
A total of eight industrial and engineering plots , including ready-built industrial sheds, have been listed for the auction. The properties vary in size, base price and location coordinates. The auction for all plots will be held on November 28, 2025 , in scheduled slots from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM .

Engineering plots measuring between 513 sq.mt. and 1009 sq.mt.
Industrial sheds with built-up structures, with shed cost included in the pricing for Sr. No. 4 to 8
