Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a major e-auction of residential, commercial and institutional plots, offering a wide range of investment opportunities across key schemes in the city. The auction will be held on May 20, 2026, at Hindi Bhawan, Lohia Nagar, starting at 11:00 AM.
According to the official notice (Letter No. 237 / Vyav. Anu. / 2026), the authority will auction vacant, additional and disposal plots including group housing, shops, commercial spaces, industrial plots, educational and medical institution land parcels.

In a major start to the new year, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced the auction of multi-purpose plots across its highly popular residential and commercial schemes. The authority is offering a golden opportunity to own prime residential, commercial, group housing, hotel, school and institutional plots across key locations in the city.
