The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a major property auction offering a wide range of residential, commercial, group housing and shop plots across its leading housing schemes. The auction will be held on January 23, 2026 at 11 am at Hindi Bhavan, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad.
The properties are located in some of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, including Koyal Enclave, Indraprastha Yojna, Kaushambi, Shastri Nagar, Ambedkar Road District Centre and UP Border Pocket-A.
