The Banda Development Authority (BDA) has invited online applications for the allotment of residential plots, commercial plots, school plots, group housing land and EWS residential buildings under the Pt. Deen Dayal Puram Residential Scheme through an e-auction process.
The scheme offers opportunities for homebuyers, investors, developers, educational institutions and housing societies to acquire properties in a planned township equipped with modern infrastructure and civic amenities.
The online registration window is open from May 14, 2026, to June 7, 2026 , and applications can be submitted through the official BDA e-auction portal.
