DDA Premium housing scheme 2025: Flats in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini via Eauction

Under this Housing Scheme , the Delhi Development Authority is offering flats at prime locations like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, and Ashoka Pahari. 

Under the scheme, DDA is offering 177 High‑Income Group (HIG), Middle‑Income Group (MIG) and Low‑Income Group (LIG) flats at prime locations like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, and Ashoka Pahari, among others. 
The flats can be purchased through an eauction. As many as 67 car and scooter garages are also on offer in high‑end areas of the National Capital.

This is the fourth housing scheme launched by DDA this year. The last one was the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana means Apna Ghar Housing Scheme, launched in May 2025, under which 7,500 flats came up for sale at Narela, Loknayak Puram, and Siraspur. The DDA offered a discount ranging from 15%–25% on these flats
