DDA Conveyance Deed and Transfer Rules

Allotments under the scheme are made on a freehold basis , but ownership title will be transferred only after execution and registration of the Conveyance Deed.

The allottee can request the Conveyance Deed online after taking physical possession.

The allottee cannot sell, transfer or otherwise part with possession of the flat before execution and registration of the Conveyance Deed. Any such transaction will not be recognised by DDA and may result in cancellation of the allotment.

Amalgamation of Adjacent Flats

If an individual or their immediate family members purchase two adjacent flats, the scheme permits the possibility of amalgamating the flats by opening a connecting door through the common wall , wherever structurally feasible.

However, such amalgamation requires prior DDA approval and compliance with applicable structural and technical requirements.

DDA RWA and Maintenance Responsibility

Every allottee must become a member of the Registered Agency/Residents' Welfare Association (RWA) formed for maintaining common areas and services.

The RWA will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, including cleanliness, green areas, common-area lighting, lifts and other common services.
