The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the e-auction of industrial properties for October-November 2025. The auction will offer a range of freehold industrial plots located in key industrial areas of Delhi, such as Kirti Nagar, Mayapuri, Okhla, Keshopur, and Wazirpur. The sale will be conducted on an 'As Is Where Is' basis, under the Delhi Development Authority (Disposal of Developed Nazul Land) Rules, 1981.

Any change in the schedule will be notified only on DDA's website and the e-auction portal.
Any Indian citizen, firm, company, partnership, joint venture, consortium, or cooperative society may participate.
NRIs and PIOs are eligible under RBI Notification No. FEIA/212000/RB dated 03.05.2000.
Bidders must be competent to enter into contracts and of legal age.
Change in the bidder's name (except in cases of blood relation) is not allowed.
To participate, bidders must pay an EMD amounting to 25% of the bid premium, divided into two stages:
Stage 1 EMD: 5% of the Reserve Price - payable before participation.
Stage 2 EMD: 25% of the Bid Premium (minus 1st stage EMD) - payable within 7 days of the issue of the Letter of Intent (LOI).
The LOI will be issued through the BHOOMI portal (https://eservices.dda.org.in/user). No physical LOI will be issued.
Failure to pay the Stage 2 EMD within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Stage 1 EMD.
Registration fee: ₹2,000 + GST (non-refundable) on the e-auction portal.
Valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory.
Each property bid requires a separate EMD and form.
Time extension rule: If a bid is placed within the last 10 minutes, the auction auto-extends by another 10 minutes.
Bid Increment Range:
Minimum: ₹1,00,000
Maximum: ₹10,00,000
Multiple factor: ₹1,00,000
Successful bidders will receive an online demand-cum-allotment letter via the BHOOMI portal.
Balance 75% of the bid amount must be paid within 60 days (without interest) or 90 days (with 10% annual interest).
Failure to pay within 90 days will result in cancellation of bid and forfeiture of EMD.
Possession will be handed over after full payment and verification of documents.
Purchasers must construct industrial buildings only after obtaining sanctioned building plans.
The plots are strictly for industrial use and cannot be sub-divided or amalgamated.
All taxes, charges, and levies related to the property will be borne by the purchaser.
Any breach of auction terms or misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of the conveyance deed and forfeiture of payments.
