The e-bid process is open to all Indian citizens, NRIs and PIOs aged above 18 years . Existing owners of commercial properties are also eligible to participate. Every bidder must register on the GeM Portal before submitting bids. The auction will be conducted individually for each commercial property, with the highest eligible bidder quoting above the reserve price receiving the allotment.
