Interested bidders must submit their applications before the respective deadlines:
The administration will publish the list of unsold vehicles on July 20 and August 3 on the notice board of the excise office.
To participate, bidders must deposit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 20% of the vehicle’s base value via bank draft in favor of:
“Assistant Commissioner Excise, Bhojpur (Ara)”, payable at SBI, Ara.
Applicants are required to submit self-attested copies of Aadhaar Card or PAN Card along with their application.
The auction will take place at the Collectorate Hall, Ara, under strict administrative supervision to ensure transparency in the bidding process.
