The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) will auction 133 residential plots in prominent Bengaluru layouts through an online e-auction starting July 21, 2025. Interested participants must submit applications by July 19.
 

Plot sizes range from 600 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft, located in prime areas including Anjanapura Township, JP Nagar 9th Phase, Sir M Visvesvaraya Layout, BTM 4th Stage, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, HBR Layout (1st Stage, 2nd Block), Austin Town, and Arkavathi Layout (7th Block, Jakkur).

 

Both corner and in-between plots are available. All sites will be sold on their current conditions, with bidding increments set at Rs. 500 per square metre, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
 

Complete plot details and location maps will be published on the official BDA website within a week. This auction presents a rare opportunity for end-users and investors to acquire well-located BDA-approved plots in Bengaluru’s growing neighborhoods.
