Ayodhya Development Authority holds lottery draw for Vashishth Kunj Housing Scheme Phase-1; 55 plots allotted
Ayodhya: The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) conducted the lottery draw for Phase 1 (second stage) of the Vashishth Kunj Housing Scheme on Tuesday. The draw was held in the auditorium from 11 am to 5 pm.
A total of 153 eligible applicants participated in the process against 131 available plots. Of these, 55 plots were allotted across different categories. The lottery proceedings were conducted in the presence of supervisor Rajapal (Retd PCS), committee chairman Hem Singh, secretary, ADA member Mahendra Kumar Singh and the applicants.
The entire process was streamed live on the official YouTube channel of the Ayodhya Development Authority to ensure transparency.
The scheme is seen as an important initiative to boost residential infrastructure and meet the growing housing demand in Ayodhya.
The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) has officially announced the Lucky Draw schedule for the second stage of registration under Phase-1 of the Vashishth Kunj Residential Scheme. Registrations for this phase have already been closed, and the eligible applicants’ list has been uploaded on the official ADA website.

If an applicant is unable to attend personally, they may send an authorized representative along with a copy of the application form.
Applicants who cannot attend the lucky draw in person can watch the live lottery draw online.
The YouTube live link will be uploaded on the official ADA website on the day of the draw.
As per ADA’s usual process, the final allotment list is expected to be uploaded within 3–4 days after the lucky draw.
The total number of applications received is approximately 131, so results are expected to be published quickly.
Applicants who are allotted plots and require home loan assistance can avail support through Bank of Baroda (Ayodhya Branch) or HDFC Bank.
The Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP/UPABP) has finalized the lottery date for its ‘Bhumi Vikas Grih Sthan Evam Bazar Yojna, Ayodhya’, a residential plot scheme that recently completed its registration process.
The authority had opened registrations for 312 residential plots under the scheme in Ayodhya. The application window was open from 17 July 2025 to 27 August 2025. After scrutiny, the eligibility list was finalized on 30 September 2025.
As per UPAVP regulations, the authority will now conduct the numbering and lottery draw for eligible applicants.

Lucknow/Ayodhya: The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) and the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) have announced key updates on their ongoing housing projects, bringing relief to homebuyers awaiting affordable residential opportunities in Uttar Pradesh.
The Ayodhya Development Authority has extended the registration deadline for its Basusht Kunj Awas Yojana (Phase II). The project is located along the Lucknow–Ayodhya Highway near Firozpur Uphar village.
Originally, online registrations for the second phase were open from September 23, 2025, to October 25, 2025. However, due to strong public demand, the deadline has now been extended to November 11, 2025.
Applicants who missed the earlier deadline can now apply online until 11 November 2025.
The scheme offers residential plots under various categories, with details on plot size, type, and rate available on ADA’s official website.
In another major update, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced lottery dates for its Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Awas Yojana, developed on land recently freed from illegal occupation by former MLA Mukhtar Ansari in the Dalibagh area.
According to officials, approximately 2,314 square meters of land were reclaimed and redeveloped for this residential housing scheme.
The project offers 72 flats, each measuring 36.65 square meters, aimed at providing affordable housing options for eligible applicants.
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar confirmed that the lottery draw for flat allotment will take place on November 10 and 11, 2025, at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow. The process will be conducted transparently through a manual draw system.
