The Vashishtha Kunj Phase-1 (Third Phase) Residential Plot Scheme 2026 has been officially opened for registration by the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA). The scheme is strategically located on the Lucknow–Ayodhya National Highway-27 near Firozpur Uparhar (around Rudauli).

This is a lottery-based residential plot scheme offering HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS category plots.

  • Around 12 km from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Must be an Indian citizen (NRIs can apply)

  • Applicant or family should not own more than one plot allotted by any development authority in Uttar Pradesh

  • Applicant should not already own a plot allotted by ADA

Income Criteria

  • EWS: Annual income within prescribed limit

  • LIG: Income within notified range

  • Valid income certificate mandatory

Application Process (Online Only)

  • Application Fee: ₹1,100 (including GST – non-refundable)

  • Registration Amount:

    • 10% for General Category

    • 5% for Reserved Category (Refundable if not allotted)

  • Refund Timeline: Within 30 days of lottery date (if not selected, without interest)

Joint applications (Husband & Wife) are allowed.

The list of applicants will be published one week before the lottery. Selected applicants must complete full payment within 24 months of allotment letter issuance, after which registry and possession will be provided.
