The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) has launched online registration for the Vashisht Kunj Residential Scheme, Phase-1 (4th Phase) under the Chief Minister Urban Expansion Scheme. The residential plot scheme is located at Firozpur Uparhar along Lucknow-Ayodhya National Highway-27.
The scheme has a total of 73 residential plots across EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories. Plot sizes range from 36 square metres to 200 square metres , while the quoted plot rates vary according to the category.
Online registration for the Vashisht Kunj Residential Scheme 2026 began on August 13, 2026 , and applicants can submit their applications until September 14, 2026.

The EWS plots are priced at an estimated ₹12.69 lakh , while the largest HIG-II plots have an estimated cost of ₹78.21 lakh , before applicable additional charges.
