Eligibility:
Open to all interested bidders.
Applicants must submit an application form with:
Self-attested Aadhaar & PAN copies
Conduct certificate
Demand Draft of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as mentioned against each vehicle
Last Date to Apply:
Applications with EMD must reach the Excise Office by 23rd September 2025, 4:00 PM.
Payment Terms:
25% of the bid amount to be paid immediately on winning.
Remaining balance must be deposited within 2 working days via the OGRAS online payment system.
Ownership Transfer:
After full payment, the Excise Superintendent will issue an Authority Letter for re-registration at the RTO.
Buyer is responsible for preparing the Registration Certificate (RC) and other papers.
Service Charge:
A 3% service fee on the final auction price will be charged separately.
Condition of Sale:
Vehicles are sold strictly on “as-is, where-is, whatever condition” basis.
No warranty or responsibility for papers, defects, or condition.
Inspection of Vehicles:
Vehicles are kept at respective police stations (Pakaribarawa, Roh, Hisua, Kauakol, Rajauli, Govindpur, Sirdalla, etc.)
Interested persons may inspect them on working days before the auction.
