The Amritsar Development Authority (ADA) , along with properties identified under the Optimum Utilization of Vacant Government Land (OUVGL) programme, has announced a large-scale e-auction of residential and commercial properties across Punjab.
The auction presents an opportunity for homebuyers, investors, developers and business owners to acquire properties in some of Punjab's established urban centres, including Amritsar, Batala, Gurdaspur and Pathankot .
The online bidding process will remain open from June 25, 2026, to July 6, 2026 .
The auction portfolio includes residential plots, SCO (Shop-cum-Office) sites, commercial shops, booths, a commercial chunk site and a multiuse development site .

The largest residential offering in the auction comes from Guru Ram Dass Urban Estate, Amritsar , where 38 residential plots have been listed for bidding.
