Liquidation E-Auction Land Auction in Sirupuzhalpettai, Thiruvallur

All the Assets of M/s. ARS Energy Private Limited (In Liquidation), comprising of a 60 MW coal-based thermal power plant together with: Power plant land aggregating approximately 62.99 acres situated across Chitturnatham, Eguvarpalayam and Guruvaraja Kandigai/Sirupuzhalpettai-Il Villages, together with buildings, civil structures and associated infrastructure, (8) 251 TPH CFBC Boiler, 60 MW Steam Turbine Generator with approximately 60 MW/75 MVA alternator, ESP, chimney, air-cooled condenser, coal and ash handling systems, water-treatment and utility systems, transformers, HT/LT electrical systems, 230 kV switchyard/substation, power evacuation/transmission infrastructure comprising approximately 32 towers of towers over about 7 km, and other associated Balance-of-Plant assets: (additional land aggregating approximately 15.12 acres at Kannambakkam, three land parcels aggregating approximately 17,018 sq. ft. at Sinthalakuppam, and approximately 30 cents at Sirupuzhalpettai/Guruvaraja Kandigai, subject to definitive Asset Schedule: (iv) stores, spares, consumables and other inventory to the extent owned and physically available: M furniture, office equipment and other movables, including vehicles, scrap, and (vi) financial assets, receivables, deposits, actionable claims and other Transferrable rights, subject to complying with the requirements of applicable laws together with relevant provisions of IBC, 2016, on as is where is basis without recourse to liquidator.
