Feet) at House No. 321B, F-Block, Sirsa owned by Mrs. Mani Goyal W/o Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Goyal vide conveyance deed No. 3229 Dt. 25.07.2008. (CERSAI Asset ID-200068155813] LITIGATION:-(1) DRT Suit O A filed by Bank vide OA 2571/2025 before the Hon'ble DRT-II, Chandigarh. NDOH-01.09.2026 (2) Civil Suit No. 262 of 2026 has been filed by the Family members before Civil Court, Sirsa, Haryana, seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants from alienating, transferring, encumbering or otherwise creating any third party rights/interests in the subject property. Vide order dated-25.03.2026, the interim stay/injunction was granted in favour of Defendant no. 1 to 3. The Bank has been impleaded/arrayed as Defendant No. 4. No stay injunction has been granted against the Bank (Defendant No. 4). The aforesaid position is reaffirmed vide order dated-06.08.2026.
