All the remaining assets of the Corporate Debtor, New Hind Silk House Private Limited (In Liquidation), offered collectively as a single and indivisible lot on a Not Readily Realisable Asset (NRRA) basis, comprising: (i) Furniture and Fixtures; (ii) Office Equipment and Computers (Plant and Machinery); (iii) Inventories (sarees, salwar suits and fabric); (iv) Equity shares of unlisted companies; (v) Long-term Loans and Advances and Security Deposits; and (vi) Trade Receivables and Short-term Loans and Advances. No bid for any individual asset or part of the lot shall be entertained.
