(Purchaser). The Said Deed Was Registered In The Office Of D.S.R-Burdwan And Recorded In Its Book No.1, Volume No.86, Pages 110 To 116, As Being No.5121 For The Year 1991. ITEM-2 All That Piece and Parcel Of Land Measuring About 95.5 Satak And 36.5 Satak Being Plot Nos 1148/1 & 1127/1 Forming Part Of Dag Nos. 1148 And 1127 Under Khatian Nos. 403 In Mouza Amra, J.L. No. 156 Under Police Station Burdwan In The District Burdwan As Per Original Registered Deed Of Conveyance Dated 01-11-1991 Between Bimal Kumar Roy (Vendor) And M/S. Big Boss Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Purchaser). The Said Deed Was Registered In The Office Of D.S.R-Burdwan And Recorded In Its Book No. 1, Volume No. 154, Pages 33 To 42, As Being No. 9007 For The Year 1991 There is a factory used for commercial purposes on the said property's admeasuring 39420 sq ft super built up more or less with the factory building, structures thereupon Note- The mortgaged property as more particularly described at Item nos, 1 & 2 is being auctioned under symbolic possession. The movables including the Plant & Machinery lying inside the premises are not being auctioned under the presente-auction sale notice.
