All the present and future Plant & Machinery, equipment, accessories, electrical installations, fixtures and fittings pertaining to the Automobile Products Manufacturing Unit of the borrower, including but not limited to the following:
1. PQ2 Plant having capacity of 1200 Kg./Hr. Process, comprising Three Sheet Chalana with One Separator Fan, Four Sheet Chalana with Two Separator Fans, Four Bucket Elevators, Buff Polisher and all allied components and accessories attached thereto.
2. Dryer Bhatti Unit complete with Blower, Sieve Arrangement, 5 HP Motor, Double Trolley and all connected equipment and accessories. 3. Electric Motors comprising: One Motor of 7 HP, One Motor of 5 HP, One Motor of 3 HP, and Two Motors of 1 HP each, together with all electrical connections, panels, fittings and accessories. 4. Seller Machine of 18-inch size complete with 2 HP Motor and allied accessories. 5. Extra Roll Grader Plant, comprising Three Sheet Chalana with Separator Fan, Roll Peth with Emery Roll, Two Bucket Elevators, 7.5 HP Motor, Counter Pulley, Belt and all connected accessories, complete in all respects. 6. Four Sheet Quality Grader Chalana, comprising Four Sheet Chalana with Two Separators, One Bucket Elevator, 3 HP Motor, Counter Pulley, Belt and all connected accessories, complete in all respects. 7. Bucket Elevator System, consisting of 20 Feet Bucket Elevator with 1 HP Motor and Worm Screw Conveyor together with all accessories and attachments Together with all present and future additions, alterations, replacements, spare parts, tools, implements, electrical installations, fixtures, fittings, accessories, and all other movable assets attached to or forming part of the aforesaid Plant & Machinery, whether installed or to be installed in future, and all rights, benefits and interests appurtenant thereto
