Sale of entire Corporate Debilior M/s. Arambagh Hatcheries Limited-in Liquidation as a Going Concem
Note: Pursuant to the recent amendments to the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, whereby Regulation 32(e) and Regulation 32A have been omitted with prospective effect, the ongoing liquidation process of the Corporate Debtor remains unaffected. Accordingly. this e-auction is being conducted in continuation of the sale process initiated prior to the said amendments, namely, the "sale of the Corporate Debtor as a going concern". Wherever the expression "set of assets collectively appears on the e-auction portal, the same is used solely on account of the system limitations of the e auction portal and shall not be construed as altering the nature or mode of the sale process.
The sale shall exclude assets where secured creditors have opted to realise their security interest and hence do not form part of the Liquidation Estate
