With in the above boundaries, an extent of 0.33 % Acres of land. Further, Item No.2: In Coimbatore Registration District, Madukkarai Sub registration District, Madukkarai Taluk, Madukkarai Village, in S.F.No.953/281 measuring 0.58 acres belonged to Mr. Subramanian, and as per new sub division in SF No.953/281C in patta No.48 measuring 0.38 Acres, in that excluding the area left out for the road and the remaining property measuring 0.13% Acres with the following boundaries: North of Land in S.F.No.953/2B1D (above mentioned Item No.1 Property), South of Land in S.F.No.953/2B1B, East of Land in S.F.No.953/2A, West of North South Road in SF no.953/281C. With in the above boundaries, an extent of 0.13% Acres of land. Thus the above said two items totally measuring 0.47% acres of land with RCC building constructed therein with doors windows, electricity service connection and its deposits with pathway rights in S.F.No.953/28 and also common rights in the usual pathways and roads.
