All that pieces and parecels of land or ground hereditaments and premises situate, lying and being at following villages:
Together with the said lands all the present and future building including factory building, godowns, quarters and all other constructed and to be standing and to be constructed on the said lands and buildings etc., and entire plant & machinery attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.
2. The whole of the movable properties of the Borrower including movable plant and machinery, equipments, machinery, spares, tools and accessories and other movables, both present and future (save and except book debts) whether installed or not and whether now lying loose or in cases which are owned by and belong to the Borrower or which belong or will be owned by the Borrower or belong the Borrower whether they are in the Borrower's godowns/properties situated at Village Hingangaon Khurd, Hingangao Budruk, Wangarethare all at Tal Kedgaon, Dist. Sangli, village-Sandagewadi at Tal Palus, Dist. Sangli and village Gopuj, Tal Khatav, Dist. Satara and elsewhere in the State of Maharashtra or wherever else the same may be held by any party to the order or disposition of the borrower or in the course of transit or on high seas or on order or delivery, howsoever and wheresoever in the possession of the Borrower and either by way of substitution or addition.
