As per Encumbrance certificate dated 28.04.2023 for the period from 3 01.01.1987 to 25.04.2023 and subsequent Encumbrance certificate dated 12.12.2025 for the period from 01.01.2005 to 10.12.2025, there is nil encumbrance.
