Block-12, TS. No. 9/8(P). Boundaries: North by another land for Mr.: S.K Arun, South by Land of Mr. Mugunthan & Railway line, East by North south cart track & land of Mr. Mugunathan, West by Railway line, As per Encumbrance certificate dated 28.04.2023 for the period from 01.01.1987 to 25.04.2023 and subsequent Encumbrance certificate dated 12.12.2025 for the period from 01.01.2005 to 10.12.2025, there is nil encumbrance.
