Description of the Immovable Property: SCHEDULE PROPERTY: Part A: Erode Registration District, Avalpoondurai Sub-Registration District, Erode Taluk (now Modakurichi Taluk), Nanjai Uthukuli "A" Village, Re-survey No. 603/2, with an extent of 8.87.5 hectares and a land value of Rs. 17.75 per square meter, corresponding to the old survey numbers 467, 474/2, 375/2, and 477/A-as per the present subdivision, this has become Re-survey No. 603/23, measuring 1.84.0 hectares, with a land value of Rs.3.68 per square meter. Out of a total area of 4.54 acres, provision was made for the existing 30-feet-wide north-south road and the existing 30-feet-wide east-west road. In accordance with the approved layout, an additional proposed road of 10.00 meters width on the east-west side, four roads of 9.00. meters width, and two roads of 7.2 meters width were also formed. Land was allotted to the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board for public use, and separate areas were reserved for public amenities and for a park. For the above subdivision, approval was obtained from the District Town and Country PlanningOffice (DTCP), Erode, through File No. 424/2020/E.Ma.2, dated 24.02.2021, for road and public area formation.
