Rajpur Hrpur (sim) Ahmedabad together with all the buildings and structures, plant and machinery, cables, electrical systems, hardware, computer software, wiring, elec-tronics spares, machinery spares, tools, meters, motor vehicles, accessories, other equipment fixtures, articles and things which shall from time to time hereafter during the continuance of this Security Interest be erected or installed or brought upon or added to or be in or upon or about the Mortgaged Properties hereinbefore expressed to be hereby granted, transferred, charged, assured and assigned or fixed or attached to any of the Mortgaged Properties and/or any part thereof and used or intended to be used whether in substitution or replacement of or in addition to any buildings and structures, machinery cables, cables, eledrical systems, hardware, computer software, interface software, wiring, electronics spares, machinery spares, tools, meters, motor vehicles, accessories and all other equipment and plant, equipment, fixtures, articles and things now standing or being fixed or attached or used or in-tended to be used or otherwise shall be included in the present Security Interest and be subject to the trusts in case the Mortgagee is acting as a trustee), provisions and covenants in these presents cor-tained and the Mortgagor shall at its own costs forthwith vest the same in the Mortgagee and until such period such property shall be deemed to have always comprised in these presents and all the provisions shall apply to such properties also.
