Description of the Immovable Properties: Item No.1 (Document No.6615/2015): In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub Registration District, Palladam Taluk, within the limits of Palladam Panchayat Union and Semmipalayam Village Panchayat Board, in Semmipalayam Village, (Patta No.649), i) In S.F.No.44/1 an extent of 2.32.00 hectares for this 5.73 acres assessed at Rs.6.44 in this on the middle part an extent of 0.77.70 hectare for this 1.92 acres assessed at Rs.2.17 situated within the following Boundaries: North of the share of lands in the same S.F.No.44/1 which is mentioned in Item No.2 of the schedule herein below previously belonged to Murugasamy and now belonged to the present title holder Mr.P.Sivakumar, East of the share of lands in the same S.F.No.44/1 settled to Murugasamy, West of the share of lands in the same S.F.No.44/1 settled to Ravichandran, South of lands in S.F.No.45. Item No.2 (Document No.545/2017): In Tirupur Registration District, Palladam Sub Registration District, Palladam Taluk, within the limits of Palladam Panchayat Union and Semmipalayam Village Panchayat Board, in Semmipalayam Village, in S.F.No.44/1 an extent of 5.73 acres assessed at Rs.6.42 in this on the southern part in this on the middle portion an extent of 0.29.5 hectare for this 0.73 acre (73 cents) assessed at Rs.0.82 previously bounded on the South, West and East of the lands retained by Palanisamy and North of the east west road and presently situated within the following Boundaries: West of the lands in the same S.F.No.44/1 belonged to P.Ravichandran, South of the lands in the same S.F.No.44/1 for this present sub division S.F.No.44/18 mentioned in Item No.1 (i) of the schedule herein belonged to the present title holder Mr.P.Sivakumar, East of the other lands in the same S.F.No.44/1 belonged to P.Murugasamy, South of the east west road and the right to use the east west road and other mamool roads and cart tracks to reach the property. Now the property is situated in present sub division S.F.No.44/1A of Semmipalayam Village.
