Now the property is situated in present sub division S.F.No.44/1B of Semmipalayam Village. ii) In S.F.No.44/2 an extent of 0.92.00 hectare for this 2.27 acres assessed at Rs.2.56 in this on the middle part an extent of 0.01.90 hectare for this 0.04 % acre (4 34 cents) allotted for weil situated within the following Boundaries: East, West, South and North of the share of lands settled to Ravichandran. The total extent of the properties mentioned in Item Nos.1 (i) and 1 (ii) of the schedule herein are 0.78.30 hectare for this 1.93% acres assessed at Rs.2.22 and the right to use the south north 5 feet breadth cart track emanating from the well land running through the lands belonged to the present title holder Mr.P.Sivakumar and P.Ravichandran and the right to use the other mamool roads and cart tracks to reach the properties
