Note: The Borrower approached DRT by filing a Securitisation Application being SA/88/2024 before DRT-II, Mumbai and had also filed an application seeking stay for taking physical possession. The said application was rejected by the Court, and physical possession was taken by us. As of today, the Securitisation Application is only pending for final hearing.
