Encumbrance: The Authorised Officer has obtained EC/ search report regarding the property from 01-01-1995 to 19-02-2025 and it contains following no encumbrances. (a). Attachiment order by Irinjalakuda sub court, for Rs. 15,00,000 dated 02/04/2019 as per OS 58/19 IA 1000 19. (b). Attachment order by Innjalakuda sub court, for Rs.28,74,673 dated 25/07/2024 as per CS 30/24 IA 3/24 However, the said attachments are subsequent to creation of equitable mortgage in favour of the bank and therefore the same will not affect bank's right to sell secured asset in auction there is no encumbrance over the property to the knowledge of the bank other than those mentioned herein.
