Arul Constructions, represented by its Proprietor Mrs Deepika Vinohar and the POA Holder Mr. Bright Vinohar had sold certain UDS shares of the mortgaged property without obtaining the "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" from the Secured Creditor and had registored the Sale Deeds in favour of the purchasers before the Sub-Registrar Office at Selalyur during the subsistence of the Bank's mortgage.
