All pieces and parcels of leasehold land admeasuring 60 acres in Survey No.282 in Village Chittapur, District Gulabarga, in the State of Karnataka obtained from the Government of Karnataka vide Lease Deed dated 5th March, 1980 for a period of 90 Years.
