: All the piece and parcel of the land situated at Coimbatore Registration District, Joint -1 Sub Registration District, Coimbatore Taluk, Kurichi Village, the lands measuring 0.59 acres in S. F.No.606/1 and the land measuring 19.62 acres in S.F.No.606/3A, totally admeasuring extent of 20.21 acres, in which deducting 15.35 acres was already given to Government, the land measuring 4.16 acres in S.F.No.606/3A, as per the present Sub- Division Survey No.606/3A1, in this Western side North-South measuring an extent of 2.08 acres, having the following Boundaries: West of: land belonging to Dhanusu kodi Aasari, East of: land belonging to G.Krishnan, South of: land belonging to G.Krishnan, North of: Land belonging to G.Krishnan, in this middle, measuring an extent of 2.08 acres of the land have been converted into layout and named as "Mangalya Garden", In this, Site No.7 having the following boundaries and Measurements: North of: Site No.8, South of: Site No.6, East of: 23 feet wide North-South layout Road, West of: Other's property. In this middle, East-West on the North: 45 feet, East-West on the South: 47 feet and 6 inches, North-South on the East: 30 feet, North-South on the West 30 feet. Totally admeasuring an extent of 1387 sq.ft. or 03 cents and 80 sq.ft. of land situated thereon and all other appurtenances thereto including the right of access thereto
