The property shall be sold under one property id and jointly i.e. Complete land & building along with plant & machinery. Hence the bid needs to be put jointly of the cumulative amount. The abovbe table gives the break up of the total cost. The bank shall issue sale certificate of plant and machinery separate with gst invoice in favour of the bidder and the sale certificate for hospital land & building shall be issued seperatly for the registration. (applicable taxes shall be required to be paid on the plant & machinery)
