Ahmeabad's eagerly awaited e-auction for residential and business plots in Bhopal, Chandkheda, and Vejalpur is back on course! Earlier, the public sale became suddenly known as off despite promising bids, leaving many capable customers thinking about what went wrong.

The good news is, that the Urban Development Authority (Auda) has reconsidered and greenlit a re-auction. This time, they are taking more steps to make certain an easy and a hit process. Bidding is open from December 21st, 2023, to January seventeenth, 2024, so mark your calendars!
What Happened the First Time?

While details remain elusive, it appears higher authorities stepped in to halt the initial auction, even with encouraging bids. To understand the future process better, Auda will review the canceled auction before scheduling auctions for other areas.
