Visakhapatnam: The Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) has announced a major leasing opportunity for commercial properties, shops, auditoriums, offices and open spaces across the city. As per the official notification dated April 23, 2026, these assets will be allotted through a transparent tender-cum-public auction process.

The authority stated that all properties will be leased on a monthly or yearly rental basis for a fixed period of three years, with pricing finalized through competitive bidding.

• ₹2,000 per unit (to be paid via challan at Indian Overseas Bank, Siripuram branch)

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

Applicants must submit Demand Drafts in favour of the Metropolitan Commissioner, VMRDA, Visakhapatnam:

  • Offices
• ₹50,000 for:
