The Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation (CGEWHO), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has opened its Visakhapatnam Housing Scheme to the general public till March 15, 2026, offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats at Pendurthi Junction along the Anakapalli Road corridor.
The housing project, part of CGEWHO’s nationwide initiatives under the ‘Viksit Bharat’ vision, comprises eight residential blocks with 385 dwelling units, of which five blocks (230 flats) are currently open for booking. As on date, 73 flats remain available for allotment.
The project is registered with the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (AP RERA Registration No. P03240118383).
