CGEWHO opens Visakhapatnam housing scheme for general public till March 15

Visakhapatnam:
The Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation (CGEWHO), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has opened its Visakhapatnam Housing Scheme to the general public till March 15, 2026, offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats at Pendurthi Junction along the Anakapalli Road corridor.

The housing project, part of CGEWHO’s nationwide initiatives under the ‘Viksit Bharat’ vision, comprises eight residential blocks with 385 dwelling units, of which five blocks (230 flats) are currently open for booking. As on date, 73 flats remain available for allotment.

The project is registered with the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (AP RERA Registration No. P03240118383).

Flat configuration and pricing (Flat Types, Sizes & Prices (Including GST @5% & 1 Car Parking))

As per details released by CGEWHO, the available inventory includes:

  • 2 BHK (Type B): 32 units with 902 sq ft carpet area and 1,282 sq ft super built-up area, priced at ₹56.69 lakh (inclusive of GST and one car parking).

  • 3 BHK (Type C1): 33 units with 1,143 sq ft carpet area and 1,618 sq ft SBA, priced at ₹70.45 lakh.

  • 3 BHK (Types N3 & N4): 8 units with 1,224 sq ft carpet area and 1,668 sq ft SBA, priced at ₹72.50 lakh.

CGEWHO has stated that revised rates will be applicable from March 16, 2026, as construction activity at the site is in full swing.
