Allotment Process

The commercial units are being allotted on an "As Is, Where Is" basis . Interested applicants are advised to inspect and verify all details before applying, as no objections will be entertained after allotment.

The allotment will be finalized only after approval by the competent authority. Shops will be allotted through the VDA's online allotment mechanism under the Dashashwamedh Area Development Foundation.

Payment Schedule

Applicants must follow the prescribed payment timeline:

  • 10% registration amount to be deposited at the time of application.
  • 25% of the total shop cost must be paid within one month from the date of allotment letter issuance.
  • The remaining balance amount must be deposited within six months from the allotment date.
