The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has rolled out a Mega E-Auction offering industrial and commercial plots across multiple districts in the state. The initiative aims to boost industrial activity and attract new investments by providing entrepreneurs and companies access to strategically located land parcels through a transparent online bidding system.
According to the notification, industrial plots are being offered in Amethi, Bulandshahar, Hardoi, Lucknow, Mathura, and Saharanpur, while commercial categories include Warehousing (Auraiya) and Nursery School and Dispensary plots (Amethi).
Registration and document downloads opened on November 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders must submit their catalogue, processing fee and EMD by December 10, 2025, 6:00 PM. The final deadline for uploading all documents online is December 11, 2025, 6:00 PM.
UPSIDA will conduct the online e-bidding on December 15, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
The authority has advised prospective buyers to visit the dedicated e-auction portal — upsida.project247.in — for registration and complete bidding guidelines. Industrial plots are also listed for allotment on the state’s single-window system, the Nivesh Mitra Portal.

The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDC) has successfully completed an e-auction of 50 plots across 12 industrial areas, marking a strong step toward accelerating the state's industrial growth and economic expansion.
This e-auction covered 30.5 acres of land, including 46 plots for industrial units, 3 for housing projects, and one for hotel development. Plots were allotted in key regions such as Bhogaon (Mainpuri), M.G. Road (Hapur), Begrajpur (Muzaffarnagar), Trans Ganga City (Unnao), Orai (Jalaun) and Utelwa (Amethi).
The auction drew participation from both leading national companies and local entrepreneurs, with the potential to generate thousands of direct and indirect jobs across Uttar Pradesh.
A standout feature of the auction was the active participation of six women investors, underlining the state's growing focus on female entrepreneurship and financial inclusion. UPSIDC's transparent and digital framework has made it easier for women to invest confidently in industrial ventures.
