The Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has invited online registrations for residential plots under Siddharth Vihar Yojana, Sector-10, Ghaziabad. The registration window is open from 02 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, offering 157 freehold residential plots in one of the fastest-growing NCR corridors.

Applicants opting for full upfront payment can avail attractive rebates:
6% discount if paid within 45 days of allotment
5% discount within 60 days
4% discount within 90 days
Once selected, the one-time payment option cannot be changed.
If the number of applications exceeds available plots, allotment will be conducted through a transparent public lottery draw.
Separate lottery lists for General and Reserved categories
First preference to applicants opting for lump sum payment
If plots remain, installment-option applicants will be considered
All draw details and applicant lists will be published on the official UPAVP portal.
Plot use strictly for residential purposes only
Construction allowed only as per approved layout plan
Delayed payments may result in cancellation
Revival of cancelled allotment subject to Parishad rules
