The Uttar Pradesh government, through the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), has rolled out an e-auction scheme offering 40 industrial plots across various sectors in Greater Noida. These plots range from 450 sq. m to 8,000 sq. m, with reserve prices set between ₹28,600 and ₹33,950 per sq. m.
The industrial plots are located in key GNIDA sectors, including:
Ecotech-XI
Ecotech-III
Udyog Kendra Extension-I
Ecotech-I Extension
Ecotech-II
Udyog Vihar Extension
Ecotech-VI Block B
Ecotech-X
Allotted plots will be handed over within 30 days, and the entire e-auction process is being conducted online.

Applicants can apply under 242 permitted industrial categories, while 27 environmentally sensitive sectors such as distilleries, petrochemicals, and fertilizers are not eligible. Certain categories like dye and bleaching units may be considered on a restrictive basis.

GNIDA has also launched a separate scheme for bulk land allocation near Dadri for setting up a Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP). The land is priced at ₹11,000 per sq. m and located near Jewar Airport, with connectivity to both Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors.
Minimum investment of ₹1,200 crore
At least 10 years of experience in the logistics sector
