Ujjain Development Authority has announced a major commercial land auction in Ujjain offering multiple plots across Brihaspati Vihar Commercial Complex and Gulmohar Scheme. The auction notification dated April 15 2026 highlights one of the largest planned commercial developments in the city with more than 10 lakh square feet area dedicated to business activities including hotels malls and retail spaces.
Located in the heart of Ujjain the project is strategically positioned between Indore Road and Dewas Road, ensuring excellent connectivity and high investment potential. The development features wide roads underground electrification water supply drainage systems modern street lighting and landscaped infrastructure, making it attractive for investors and developers.
The authority has issued a third call for tenders under freehold rights, allowing buyers to secure ownership of prime commercial land. The bidding process will be conducted online as per government norms.

The auction includes multiple commercial plots with sizes ranging from approximately 1000 sq m to over 4500 sq m. Reserve prices vary depending on location and category with several plots priced above Rs 30 crore, while smaller plots are available in the range of Rs 7 crore to Rs 10 crore.
In Brihaspati Vihar Commercial Complex
Several corner and regular plots are available with premium per square meter rates reaching above Rs 81000. Each plot requires a fixed earnest money deposit of Rs 10 lakh.
In Brihaspati Vihar Main Block
Large format plots including health center and commercial use spaces are offered with competitive pricing and high visibility zones.
In Gulmohar Scheme Mixed Use Area
Five plots are available for commercial cum residential development with rates exceeding Rs 1.49 lakh per sq m for select properties reflecting premium location advantage.
Online registration start date April 19 2026 from 10 AM
Last date for registration May 7 2026 till 5 PM
Last date for bid submission May 8 2026 till 3 PM
Tender opening date May 8 2026 at 5 PM
Bidders must complete registration and deposit required fees before the deadline. Tender documents are available on the official portal.
The tender document fee is Rs 5000 plus Rs 900 GST. The amount is non refundable. All payments and submissions must be completed online through the official website.
