Tirupati, June 8, 2026: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will conduct a mixed rice e-auction on June 11, 2026, offering rice received from devotees through the hundis of the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Temple and various TTD-affiliated temples.
According to an official announcement, approximately 7,938 kilograms of rice will be auctioned through an online bidding process. The rice stock will be divided into 20 separate lots, allowing eligible bidders to participate in the sale through the designated e-auction platform.
Individuals and businesses interested in participating in the auction must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 50,000 through the Konugolu portal. The deadline for payment of the EMD is 10:00 AM on June 10, 2026, one day before the auction.
The auction is expected to attract traders and bulk buyers interested in purchasing rice stocks made available through the temple administration's disposal process.
TTD has advised prospective bidders to complete the registration and payment formalities well before the deadline to ensure smooth participation in the e-auction.

According to the official notification, the auction includes 20 lots of mixed rice weighing more than 7.9 tonnes in total. Most of the lots consist of 400 kilograms each, while the final lot, MR41, contains 338 kilograms.
The auction will be conducted as an open forward auction without an upset or base price, allowing participants to place bids freely based on market demand. Interested bidders must quote their rates per kilogram, excluding applicable taxes.
